  Rating 5 stars because I can't rate higher. Roy and Rakesh are absolutely great mechanics and human beings. I've come here many times and I've always left happy and satisfied. They're nice, honest, caring, heplful and very knowledgeable, best mechanics I've come across all over Australia. 100% recommended!

  First time going to JRP Automotives, couldn't be happier. I was worried about having a starting issue with my car and I was able to bring the car down that day for checks. The service was done and everything explained to me so professionally. 100% going back :) Thanks guys!!

  A couple of months ago I was having an issue with my car not running properly. I found JRP Automotives through a recommendation on a forum that was over 9 years old. I read through the google reviews and saw that everyone had the same experience with JRP. Honest, reliable and go above & beyond to try to help their customers.
  
  I'm delighted to say that I have had exactly the same experience myself. When I rang to discuss the problem they were not able to book me in for 5 weeks. Roy spoke to me multiple times before my booking to recommend things I could try at home to diagnose the issue.
  
  When I dropped the car off I was talking to Rakesh about another issue I was having with the dual zone climate control in the car, which was unrelated to the misfire.
  
  Once they had the car they diagnosed the issue quickly (faulty injector) and rang me to ask if I'd like to replace just the faulty injector or all 8. I chose the latter on their recommendation.
  
  On the day I went to collect the car Roy was on the phone to another customer giving them advice on what used car to buy. Rakesh showed me all the troubleshooting he had done on the A/C system. He determined that the components of the system were fine (i.e. nothing broken) which suggested the control module was playing up. I was not charged for any of this work and they have put me in touch with someone that supplies secondhand modules so we can do this test too.
  
  After paying, when I was about to leave, Roy gave me the 7 working injectors that they replaced on the original job; to keep as spares. They could have held onto them and sold them on as secondhand parts but they didn't.
  
  Hands down the best experience I have had with mechanics in Perth and I have been driving for over 30 years. My only regret is finding them so late in life!!

  These guys are awesome! Bent over backwards for me and let me bring my car in to look at during their busy schedule. I had a misfire which had been hard to diagnose the issue. The guys sorted my issue and had me back on the road soon. They are very genuine guys and tell you all the work they are going to carry out before you spend the money. I'll definitely be taking my car here from now on.
